What is the Padpal platform fee?
Padpal charges a 9% platform fee per booking. It covers secure payment processing, customer support, and platform operations, and is always included in the price shown. The platform fee applies to marketplace bookings only — not to manual or external jobs you add yourself.
How do provider payouts work?
When a job is marked complete and the customer’s payment has been collected, your earnings move into your Padpal balance. Payouts are initiated manually through Stripe, so you control when funds move to your connected bank account.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Annual billing is the equivalent of two months free compared with paying monthly.
Is there a fee for homeowners?
No. Browsing and booking on Padpal is free for homeowners. They only pay the provider price shown at checkout, with any applicable tax — no separate booking fees.
