Drain, flush & rinse the vessel of the electric water heater. Ensure all air is purged from the system at the highest and lowest fixtures before turning back on the breaker or dis-connect to the unit. Manus Mechanical won't flush a electric water heater older than 6 years if no maintenance has been preformed previously old due to the risk of trapping inside sediment on the element, causing premature element failure

This is inclusive of the time it takes to troubleshoot the root problem, call suppliers, and perform a safety inspection of a gas fired furnaces heat exchangers (combustion chamber) This does NOT include covering any travel time to a supplier, or any time spent on the repair Manus Mechanical does not service boilers or other hydronic heating systems at this time.

Flush, drain, and rinse the vessel of the water to remove built up scale and debris. This does include checking/changing the anode rod. Pull the burner tray and clean the burner, and air inlet screen at the bottom of the water heaters burner chamber

This covers the time it takes to troubleshoot the root cause of the issue, and can include some airflow diagnostics & psychrometric analysis. This may not include any extensive troubleshooting where the addition or removal of refrigerant may be needed, major system alteration or adjustment for the purpose of testing, or leak searches of any kind, and generally does not cover the cost of troubleshooting that requires labour investment above and beyond 1 hr of troubleshooting. Diagnostic charge does NOT cover any labour spent towards repair, or checking the system after any necessary repairs are complete.

Manus Mechanical guarantees a thorough maintenance process. This service includes, the cleaning of the condensate trap, flame sensor, some open combustion burners (limited models), wiped down/vacuuming of both upper and lower cabinets, pulling and cleaning of the blower motor, where cleaning can be done with a brush/vacuum and hub remain attached to the motor. If hub removal is required, additional charges will apply. Check and rate gas pressure alongside a combustion analysis. Visual safety inspection of heat exchangers. Test all electrical components and documents anything showing wear that may be a predictor of a future repair. Change standard air filter (1" FILTERS ONLY)

Manus Mechanical guaruntees quality maintenance on every system. This includes, pulling of the condenser fan motor and grille, thorough cleaning of the condenser coil. Changing 1 standard air filter (INCLUDING 4" MERV 11 FILTER!) Visual inspection of the bottom of the AC coil, Using a no rinse penetrating cleaner foam on the evaporator coil. Clean and blow out the drain line, and condensate pan. Psychrometric analysis and checking refrigerant charge. Check all system electrical components, and document any thing showing wear that may be a future repair.

Flush/descale tankless heat exchangers. Clean all filters. Replace Navien inlet water screen where damage by scale. Clean/replace flame sensor and spark igniter assembly where applicable. Run tankless through a heating cycle after completing the flush to ensure left in operating condition.
